BBG review day 3

Hello!

I told you about my BBG experiment. Well, I’m now on day 3. And let me tell you this; IT IS HEAVY.
Kayla really makes you sweat. But I believe that is a good thing, right?
You have cardio days and resistance training days, but thank God not on the same day.
They’re swopping, so you have time to recover.
I really needed that, I had amazing pain in my musles the second day..
It did feel like I really took it to the extreme, I felt I did something.

That felt so good.
The diet part is also really easy to follow.
You can have snacks, and normal rice portions, or sometimes even more.
I had to cut my banana intake, I ate a lot of bananas. And I still eat more banana’s then Kayla says you can have, but I just like them so much.
And it’s still fruit, so I don’t think it’s such a bad thing.
I have a busy work day tomorrow, so I hope I can still follow the programm..

I drink my lemonwater every day, but what about you?! Lemon water has some amazing health benefits and it tastes amazing to!
But why should you drink it everyday?

2. Because it is way better then drinking soda. It helped me to stop my dietcoke addiction. Lemon water is way tastier.
3. It can help you lose weight. The pectine fibres in the lemon give you a full feeling. And the water helps too, you might think you’re hungry, but you’re possibly only dehydrated. So drink your lemonwater before you grab a snack!
4. The vitamine C in the lemons can help your immune system. The ascorbic acid in the lemons helps your body to fight inflammations. It also helps your body to balance out your iron levels. And that all simply by drinking lemonwater..
5. Lemon helps you to get a nice smelling breath.It combats the bacteria growing in your mouth. So if you drink it in the morning, you’ll have a fresh breath.

Why even doubt it? I make a big glass before I go to bed, and it’s the first thing I do in the morning. That way it’s easy to drink enough water troughout the day, and you won’t forget to drink it.

Banana Island: the results

Heey!

Well, I’m back from my trip to banana island! And I had such a good time. I did found it hard sometimes. I had some evenings where my boyfriend was enjoying an amazing looking salad, while I was stuck at my banana’s. But I got used to it. I’ve only done it for 4 whole days and 1 morning. I stopped because I had a dinerparty from my father in law, he made some special dishes for me, so I dind’t like to refuse them, But they weren’t fat or anything, everything was HCLF.
Did I enjoy banana island?
Yeah, I actually did. After I got used to large amounts of banana’s, I enjoyed eating them. I also saw (or I thought I saw, it might be to quick to judge) health benefits! It looked like my hair stopped falling out. Also my skin had some sort of a glow, it felt nice. And my digestion was amazing! Me, with all the colon problems,had a good digestion!! I think that was the best advantage.
What I didn’t like about banana Island:
You have to eat banana’s ONLY. So it’s hard to join dinnerparty’s, ’cause the only thing you can eat are banana’s. I had to reject some nice evenings, because of the food. I couldnt eat anything, so why should I go then? I only did it for 4 days, but tis could be a real problem if you wat to do it for a longer time of period. And I literally got sick of bananas. I probably ate to much, or it was some kind of a detox. After 4 days, I craved normal food like hell.
But in the end, it felt great.
DO I want to do it again? Yes. It did make me feel so healthy, and it fixed my digestion problems.
But for now, I’m really happy to eat RT4 again!
