As some of you may know, I love to run. That’s why I started joining a running club. We run every Sunday, it doesn’t matter what kind of weather it is. We run every Sunday, even in the summer. I also run on my own, but running in a team gives me a good feeling. I always feel satisfied after our run. I love to talk to everyone and I love the little exercises we do in between. The most important thing is: you run for yourself, at your own speed, at your own pace. I love that.
It’s amazing to see how some of us are a bit older, and some young. Some of us are thin, some a bit bigger. But we can run together, because of our motto.
Everyone runs at their own speed, you run for yourself.
The group inspired me to work out more, and to come even when I feel not like it. When I’m having trouble with my disease, there’s always support and love from the group. No one is pushing me to push it to the limits, but they are motivation and prepared to help.
Working out feels like a blessing with people like that.
I can all advise you to join a club, because of the team spirit. Because you deserve to know: you don’t have to do this on your own. I hope I’ll be able to run with them for a long time.
I wanted to be more prepared and healthier this year. I’ve been sick for a few weeks. I had trouble with my digestion, headaches, and pain in my belly. Last week I also got a sore throat and I decided I really had to do something about it. I thought I had two options;
1. Go to banana island.
2. Do a juice fast.
I decided to go with option 2. So I’m juice fasting now!
I have my own juices but I also ordered some from a Dutch company, called “Brandstof Amsterdam”. On their site they said this;
We make organic juices, made with seasonal fruits and vegetables. We freeze the juices in, so the vitamins are kept inside.
I thought I should give it a go. The (new) job I have, works with them. That way I could get some for a special prize. I ordered some beetroot/fennel and some mango/orange.
I will also be filming about my juice fast. Be sure to check my channel, would love to hear from you.
This is the link. In this video I tell all about the juices I’ll be drinking and more. I’ll keep you updated.
I’m also a bit curious (when am I not curious?) are there people here who did a juice fast? For how long? How did you feel afterwards? Thanks.
I just finished my first week of the BBG! I found it really hard to be honest. The cardio days were easy, but the resistence days were hard.
I’m not just to that kind of training.
But damn it felt so good! I know it’s my imagination but it feels like I already gained muscles.
That’s why I’m doing it; I want a muscular body. I want to feel proud.
I don’t follow Kayla’s HELP nutrition guide, is there someone who does?
I found it expensive, and I already eat HCLF.
Here are my update pictures from this week:
I’m gonna try to keep pn to the BBG, untill I go to Thailand. That is in less than 11 weeks..
I’m excited for tomorrow; my first HIIT workout! 😀
Today I want to blog about sport. A lot of people seem to think that they are living healthy, when they eat clean food and when they stop eating sugar. But changing your diet doesn’t make you healthy, of course it’s a good begin, and very important. But it’s not all. Your diet can give you more energy, less pain, a better skin and a good feeling.
So when you can have all of that with just a switch in diet, why would you exercise?
Because exercise gives you a positive feeling; it makes you fit, gives you a good condition. It can be a stress-releaser, or can give you space to think.
I myself sport 4/5 times a week. It may looks like a lot but it really isn’t. I go to yoga once a week; yoga makes me feel good about myself, it makes me relaxed. It also helpes me to reflect things better. I run 3/4 times by myself; I like running. I like the feeling you get in your legs; like you can’t stop and your legs are taking over. I also like to run in the cold, and to warm up during my run.
I’m also part of a running club, we run on sundaymorning. We have a trainer Susan, she stimulates us to run faster, better and she gives us cardio exercises to help us improve distance.
It helps me to relax and clear my mind.
I hope that everyone can see the importance of sport; it’s not only good for your health, it’s also mentally a good thing.
It’s time for another blog. I know you’re thinking: Why, you just posted one. Well, because I like it and I can ^^. And I just want to tell SOMEONE about my day, and I like you guys. The people who liked (or commented something) my blog are all very inteligent themself, and have these really interresting blogs. You know, the ones that let you think twice about something. It’s cool that you people follow me. 🙂 But okay, about my day.I didn’t had to work until four, so I had the whole morning. I went for a run, and when I came back, my mum came with this brilliant idea of hers: Goining to the beach! So that’s what we did: we got or beach stuff together and we went. I drove (just got my driverslicese, so I still find it scary to drive) and we were there within half an hour. PERFECT. I brought some watermelon and mum made bread with humus for me. The weather was so nice, I got a nice tan. (or tht’s what I’m hoping for) I felt so relaxed. I was listening to the waves, the playing children and I felt the sun on my skin. I defenitely like the beach.
